Aside from this disaster, I don’t think it should resume, because there is no way to do it without prejudice or bias to all the other teams in the league. Right now, they are looking out for interests of their own and the top 4 teams in mind. They are just not going to admit it publicly

A season which has started and went well more than half of it should never be cancelled. The solution is simple, restart the season at where it was left when it’s possible and shorten the next season or cancel it if necessary.

There will be a second wave of infections and players will be put in quarantine, you better have that in some regular season games before the playoffs.
Imagine traveling to New York playing the Knicks or Nets, infection is almost guaranteed.
