Giannis may be the reigning league MVP, but Kawhi is the reigning Finals MVP. I think that trumps that little league MVP consolation prize thingy. Kawhi is the King of the Court. He’s not gonna waste his time with Something to Prove Giannis on a slow Cable network regular season game. Giannis wants a piece of Kawhi, then make it to the finals.

Doris Burke was very careful not calling Kawhi an Obnoxious Diva…..well we all know what happened to Michelle Beadle.

Yes yes, because he’s scared of Giannis

Boss move. I don’t care about TV schedules, I ain’t showing my stuff to some guy I’ll see twice this year. Not worth the trouble.

Before you make any comment please do your research. Dont listen to the stupid media. It’s the NBA fault for making the schedule. The clippers had 2 back2back the first 8 games. Last I checked the Lakers had no back2back yet and that’s why lebron played all the games so far. Lakers wont have a back2back til November 22/23. If the clippers had the Lakers’ schedule Kawhi would be playing all the games til November 22/23.

FACTS. The Season should literally be like 60 Games-MAX. Give these guys a Break.

Y’all knew he was gonna Manage his Load again coming into this Season so there shouldn’t be any problems with that. On top of the fact that’p it was well earned.

Inflammation is a real thing. You can’t just keep taking more and more Advil – you have to find the amount you can do and give your body the time it needs to recover. If you push past this point and you inflame an area (tennis elbow, knee, wrist, etc) you are then out for a few weeks until it can settle back down again. Given it’s in his knee, he can’t stop using it because walking around never stops

No it’s becoming obvious that the season needs to be shortened a little bit. I love the NBA, but teams are being more strategic because its too long of season. As a fan I hate load management but i get it.

Maybe the Clippers don’t wanna get the Bucks the opportunity to figure out ways to play against Kawhi. After all both teams could meet in the finals… So tactics maybe?

    November 7, 2019 at 8:04 am

If they shorten the season they will also shorten the players money.

He barely played last year lol. Where was this narrative then?

Kawhi is smart I would want my body to work somewhat after basketball, 82 games jumping and running a year man please, he is smart the other Athletes need to catch on, or they need to shorten the season, but they want because the big wigs will lose money from all sorts of places.

I would say this isn’t a big deal, but I turned on the game last night – saw Kawhi wasn’t playing and turned it off.

Keep the schedule, let the great players rest when they want, give young players more chance to develop and prove themselves. Fans buy tickets to watch the whole team because all of the players and staff are getting paid.

People don’t understand sometime when you have knee problems you get swelling inside of the knee kawhi Leonard is trying to extend his career until he gets fully back healthy people act like they don’t understand that and if he gets hurt out there on the court the first thing people are going to be screaming is why was kawhi Leonard out there playing basketball when he knew that he had a injury the same thing what happened to Kevin Durant in Golden State that’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it 🤔⛹️🏀 🏀⛹️ 🏀

Stop comparing 80s & 90s basketball to now. Game is way more faster now and athletic so that’s why there are more injuries

And it makes sense to skip versus Eastern Conf team than Portland retards
