The Lakers look ‘kinda ugly’ with Anthony Davis but without LeBron – Amin Elhassan | The Jump

Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Amin Elhassan and Tracy McGrady play “Something, Nothing or Everything,” discussing the Philadelphia 76ers’ road struggles — particularly without Joel Embiid; (2:10) Anthony Davis missing three straight Los Angeles Lakers games, which LeBron James & Co. have still won; and (4:22) Shai Gilgeous-Alexander dropping a 20-20-10 triple-double for the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves.

They have rondo, even if lebron doesnt play rondo can facilitate and optimize the team with javale and dwight and a clutch with green and bradley

All this Laker praising means nothing……..if the lakers can’t beat the clippers in May….that’s when all the tongue-wagging stops……until next year…..

Tobias Harris’s contract is worst than Chris Paul 180/5 averaging like 19

lakers without lebron is a low level team compared to old pelicans with AD…

with lebron though thats another story.. they winning, though, weakness still there… cant hide it, but whats the matter, most serious games are in the postseason..any 30th team can beat a 1st seed team in the season..

Nothing new here, any team lebron was in, if he wasn’t playing the team wasn’t as good as if he was, but it shouldn’t be a knock on AD because that’s just how good LeBron is

Simmons would be best with GSW. He can play in the paint and kick to shooters. Kerr would kill with him.

It’s a Lebron system, of COURSE he looks good no mater who’s playing in it…AD or not. But come playoffs, the point is how rested will Lebron be pulling all that weight.

This is what happens when an offense is primarily built around one player’s skillset. Nothing new.
