Warriors strategy in the past was to be the number 1 seed and win the championship. Warriors strategy now is to manage the season and remain within the playoff contention, then when it matters the most, go all in. Warriors will win it again this year, mark my words. They have championship chemistry, they have shooters in every position which gives them big big advantage over anybody.

Players should just play and let the front office and GM do their job. It’s not an issue of empowerment or player respect, it’s about division of labor and letting people do their jobs. PG brings in Russ and it wrecks the team. If you respect people and want respect, let them do their jobs and you focus on your job.
