The Champs are the best team in the league, followed by Cleveland based on the win streak, then OKC w/ arguably the most complete roster in the league that happens not to be at full strength due to injuries but led by a top level defense and an unquestioned MVP caliber player.

Iβd say the top teams right now in no particular order are the Thunder, Celtics, and Cavs. The Thunder are loaded with great talent with SGA leading the way.
