Hawks need to be careful next game and play with energy cause it’s not going to be easy whatsoever. Attack the paint and finish them.

They just need to do what they did on Tuesday, keep the ball moving and believe (their motto)

Nba is the premier league so you might as well say world champions, no Chinese nor Siberian team or any Euro team could beat the nba teams so championship of nba is championship of the world lmao until the USA isn’t dominating the olympics in basketball it’s true

If the Hawks had Deandre Hunter healthy and playing…then I think they can win the championship. This is all bonus period right now

First of all its an northern american chamiosnship nd nothing more. European also dont call the Championsleague winner worldchamion just because its by far the highest level competition in the world

It’s the NBA championship! It has nothing to do with the WC!

It’s always amazing how navel gazing is a national sport and how illiterate sportscasters are. World championships are won by countries, not clubs. Clubs win national championships (banana republic canada doesnt count).

  14. Nuno Pinto

    July 1, 2021 at 11:55 am

Hey man, it’s not a world competiton..

    • No I will not give you Bananas

      July 1, 2021 at 6:13 pm

Well technically if you count the raptors…it’s kind of a world championship?

    Atlanta Hawks 2020 – 2021 NBA Champs

  16. Topsy Kretts

    July 1, 2021 at 12:48 pm

Hawks aren’t winning the championship unless they have Trae Young. Suns will be too much for them.

  17. Flying solo

    July 1, 2021 at 3:12 pm

I don’t support either team but Suns vs Hawks is the final I want to see. There are more pieces to that potential matchup but Booker vs Young would be just a little snippet of the future of the NBA, not to disrespect the 30+ brigade such as Lebron, KD and Steph who’ve all been prominent in finals for the last 10 years or so. The future looks bright

  18. JR Lagasca

    July 1, 2021 at 4:05 pm

They could if they get pass the bucks, but not this year with suns..lol

  19. Sed Said

    July 1, 2021 at 4:22 pm

    Suns in 4

  20. JT121

    July 1, 2021 at 4:31 pm

If Suns and Hawks meet, I think Suns are favorites because of the 2 stars they have compared to 1 for Hawks but I think hawks have a better overall roster.

    • Captain Smoke

      July 1, 2021 at 5:02 pm

Huerter, Collins are on their way to become stars.

  21. Captain Smoke

Meh doesn’t look like Giannis is trusting that knee tho.

  22. Eric S

    July 1, 2021 at 6:40 pm

    The Hawks will win

  23. Boricua* Fighter

    July 1, 2021 at 7:17 pm

Todays NBA is the weakest, lamest, softest ever. Officials kept calling on Hawks bump and flop offense when a person who watches the game knows ATL is notorious at flopping and Its utterly disgusting. Nowadays, whichever teams flops the best wins the game, pathetic.

  24. Scotty Carver

    July 1, 2021 at 9:02 pm

The sun’s will be well rested, hopefully this series goes to game 7
