Stop underrating the Warriors next year! – Rachel Nichols | The Jump

Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Brian Windhorst and Clinton Yates react to a strong performance by Andrew Wiggins, and discuss how good the Golden State Warriors will be next year with him, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. They then (3:07) discuss whether the LA Clippers, with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, really do have the ability to flip the switch on defense.

Who is this guy and no team has a lock on the playoffs because two shooters together? Of course the Warriors will be elite if healthy like any other team!

The Warriors “as constructed” are trash. When Steph and Clay return we can talk about that construction. Why do these two want the Warriors to be good? What is the deal?

Whoever chooses the guests for the Jump, please PLEASE dont have Clinton Yates on anymore, he is totally uninformed when it comes to everything basketball. Cant stand this man. And on that note, please never have Jay Williams on ever, and we could use less Ramona Shelburne in our lives too

I’ll say this that whoever wins the championship next year will have to beat the warriors!✌️

Don’t sleep on the warriors 2021. They are going to be dangerous.

People forget Kevin Durant was not the warriors he was offensive production. Klay and steph are now allowed to shoot more and that production is immediate offset also Kd hurt the flow and don’t forget and this is quite revealing they were 29-1 without KD.
    Case closed.

You people are living in an alternative reality. The warriors will be elite net year.

Steph and Klay were BEATING TORONTO IN THE FINALS BEFORE KLAY GOT HURT IN GAME 6! People need to be smarter about these takes. Yes they’re bench is depleted, but it was depleted in the finals and they were still winning! Come on now

So, when the Warriors draft Wiseman or Hampton and a make a few trades with the draft picks they have, Then pick up someone that resembles Brandon Ingram, I do not see how you can’t put them in contention for elite team status. I want anyone to tell me which team (as they are today) simply beats them hands down by mid season next year.

Klay will have a better season than Curry and they will be a top 4 in the West. Almost certain.

I just love how everyone thinks that cause Steph and Klay coming back is gon automatically make them elite contenders . I guess we just forget that 2 players don’t make up the entire team . We just gon convince ourselves that all these rookies that they have, who’ve been playing LOSING BASKETBALL all season long, is just gon play meaningful and winning basketball in a span of 1 year and try to do it at a pace that will get them a top 4 seed in the west !?!? I give them at least a 6 seed next year

No one’s sayin they’ll be a favorite but can assure you no team wants to play them in 1st round. FACTS

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT THE WARRIORS NOT GONNA WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP WITHOUT KD. YES KD IS A GREAT PLAYER, BUT HE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE. MY GOD KD DECIDE TO LEAVE SO HE IS GONE. OLD NEWS. WARRIORS DID NOT WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP BECAUSE OF KD, THEY WIN BECAUSE OF THE WHOLE TEAM AND KD IS PART OF THE TEAM. KD DID NOT WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP ON HIS OWN. COMMON PEOPLE STOP THIS NONSENSE ALREADY & MOVE ON.

Crazy that Cavs and warriors are the two worst teams.

They won as an underdog when the GSW won their first Championship with Steph, Klay and Draymond. I still believe they are still championship contender.

  22. UnknownSavagery

    March 5, 2020 at 11:39 pm

They’ll be probably the 3-4th seed next year
