We need a lot more white players in the NFL to fix this evil racial inequality. Black players make up about 70% of the NFL.
Its odd that Stephen A isn’t mentioning this

STEPHEN A SMITH IS THE WRONG GUY TO SPEAK ABOUT THE NFL. NBA really wants to have NFL following.

SAS wants to talk racism, he could also talk about his own racism towards others. Or is he too busy using his ego to get other people removed from their seat.

Look I’m a so-called black man but it’s about being equal white people need support too. It shouldn’t be a black and white thing. But we must always realize as so-called black people we never going to get a fair shake until we come together.

They use the excuse that it’s a “meritocracy” when it comes to that, but they want meritocracy ended in certain jobs and school admissions lol. They want it both ways.

Like the people say, ‘Racism is not dead, but it is on life support — kept alive by politicians, race hustlers and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as “racists.”

I can’t believe that there isn’t anything to talk about. So you guys have to bring race into sports. Ridiculous

Bigot A Smith from ESPN would like to shout at you and tell you how hard all the NBA players have it because there are too many white people around.

Right Stephan, 68% 1,065 of 1,696 players are black, are you going to give 845 of them pink slips so there NFL can look like America. The Dolphins have had 12 coaches since 1996 2.15 years average per coach. Did you notice that Brian Flores’ lawyers are all white?

Yet Stephen A said Miami Dolphins Head Coach McDaniels wasn’t “black” enough. Or insinuated that women instigate domestic violence. He’s the last person I would ask about diversity and inclusion.

As a team owner, you want the black coach to intentionally lose games for $100,000.00 payment. All money ain’t good money!!

“the best and most qualified should get the job”
sorry to burst ya bubble thats not how it works… or how anything works…the nfl already run like a plantation they need to stop playing and so do yall this obviously racist why do white ppl get so mad about problems they create

  23. Jacob Steinzeig

Majority of nfl players are black players. That is very impressive considering how only like 6% of the country are black males. To say the league is racist because 1 position doesn’t have a lot black people is absurd.

One could say that rule to give black coaches an interview just because they are black is racist.

It should be on skill, not race

    • MistaTofMaine

      February 10, 2022 at 10:40 pm

Pretty much imagine if they made a rule where more white, latino, and asian players had to be drafted/playing in NFL. That’s why shouldn’t be judging by skin color but who’s best at what they do. This idea that everything needs to be dominated by blacks is so racist that makes you realize how silly the US has become.

Why don’t we talk about racial inequality in NFL defensive backfields? How many non-blacks play DB in the NFL? Should we institute a Rooney rule for that position as well?

Bigot A Smith. Hope some serious changes are made at ESPN, the racism within the company has gotten out of control.
