I would want Mark Jackson as coach of the Knicks. I believe he could turn the internal front office/ownership culture around if left alone to do so. But with dolan remaining the owner, that is a systematically too toxic condition for Jackson to mitigate into wins. Plus, high quality players in their prime already know the Knicks org is and has been a scorched earth scenario for their careers. So therein lies the yearly anguish of true Knick fans. We know dolan will never sell outright or give up majority ownership.
