I say both of them need to win another chip. KD needed to win a chip to show he could win it without Steph. Steph needed to win another chip for the FMVP.

It’s KD steph should easily have won in 2015

It’s clearly KD considering he had to join the team that beat him to win a championship, but neither of them will win another.

Hot take. Wish I could argue it. Giannis gonna be winning more chips tho. Bout the only player I feel sure of.

I say Steph.. if he wins it, the needle moves A LOT for him in the top 10 conversation.. If KD wins it, it does move the needle, but I don’t know if does as much as Steph’s.. I think if Steph wins, he be top 6 at least.. 🙂

Naah..at best he will be 10th. That’s Steph’s max ceiling…at max he will win one more chip and that too is a big if

Bro stop , he is not sixth , MJ , Bron , Duncan , Kobe , Magic , Kareem , Shaq , Wilt , Russell , Bird are all above him with or without another ring , well tbh if he wins another ring I would gladly put him over bird and wilt personally

Steph won a chip without KD but KD needed Steph to win 2 chips. That being said if KD doesn’t win another chip then he’s a bust. Curry needs to win another chip to get finals mvp since he was robbed that one year but that’s just “my opinion”

Kyrie and Kevin Love was hurt. With them … well 2016 showed us they can do it — LeBron alone took them to 6 games in 2015.

@Cari Rich Isnt lebron the 2nd greatest player of all time and they almost won him in 2016. They just choked sadly. Curry also avg 26 6 6 in the finals. I agree he needs 1 more ring tho but we dont discredit 2015. Injuries happen or every ring in the NBA doesnt count cos they all have injuries

Can go both ways. KD wins another one he’s far above Steph. Steph wins won he’s viewed far above KD. This is just media wise though. Currently I think KD > Curry

Just think for a sec what a ring would have done to KD and Russ’s legacies…

Both need it, KD was the best player on the warriors for 2 championships, although they both got rings, KDs are greater than Stephs. But Steph also won without KD, I say both need 1 to create a clear separation.
