I don’t agree with the refs being so emotional and just calling techs. I think a happy medium is the NBA should consider introduce a timed sin-bin. That way the player doesn’t get tossed for stupid calls. Gives everyone some time to calm down.

I agree with refs needing a post game q and a, but we should remember there could be unintended conaequesces. Plus refes make anout 200.00 dollars nightly, while players make,50,000 nightly.

The refs need to right-size their egos. People get animated and have set words that get teed up. Players that do not engage in physical contact should require two tees. Contact gets 1 tee ejection if flagrant

Lets see what the NBA prioritizes more… the feelings of officials or the loss of tickets and sales of fans who won’t even bother showing up to games since it’s more referees enforcing their authority than actual heated competitive basketball.
