While Dog’s point about the sitting has nothing to do with who is having a better season. I do think it is something that needs to be addressed. If you are going to sit and rest a game you should make sure its a home game and not an away game if you are a star player. Your home fans get to see you half the year. Most away teams can only see you twice at best

Ignorant talkers talking about a player they never watched via xenophobic lenses. 😂😂😂😂

Funny how they deviated the topic. Steph is Steph, but Luka is the MVP this season. Just give the European fella his props, it ain’t so bad 😅.

it’s obvious…Doncic… your age doesn’t play into the MVP conversation…But if it was Doncic doing this at age 23 is even more historic.

I’ve been a fan of Curry since his Davidson run but Luka is having a better season.

I don’t know how this is even a convo lol. I mean numbers just look at the numbers. And then see what they are working with. It’s ridiculous.

Why is it that whenever the individual quality of Luka is discussed in the current season, the locals always bring up the entire history of the player with whom they compared him and measured, and when that is not enough, they start mentioning the bad shooting day of Stephen’s teammates. Hello ignoramuses, Stephen Curry and the Warriors are the champions, but Luka has nothing and you measure and compare him by looking for excuses like not distinguishing what the concept of the present is. This is blatant hypocrisy, born of xenophobia and fear. There is no problem with Giannis and Jokić, or Embiid, but the problem is someone who is a young white European who threatens the US basketball legacy.

If Steph Curry gets the foul calls that luka normally gets, Curry would average 50points per game jusy sayin

Luka 1st in points 1st in shot attempts 2nd in free throw attempts Steph 2nd in scoring 10th in shot attempts 22nd in free throw attempts. If Steph was top 2 in shot attempts and free throws he would be averaging 40ppg Steph easily

So Steph missed 2 games. So what! Steph is not a complainer, and you don’t know how he’s feeling inside. Besides Wiggins, he’s, basically, carrying this team, while going on 35 years old. This is one of his best seasons, and this is not sustainable, unless, the others step up.

Doncic and it ain’t even close. It wasn’t even Steph last year. Luka is the better player and has been since 2020. Just because Steph doesn’t have a championship team around him helps his case since he carries the load? Luka has been doing that for years now. He has much less around him, and he still is playing better and leading them to identical records. Luka is leading in all 5 major statistical categories and he’s doing it with more defensive attention too. They’re turning the ball over the same percentage but Luka has a much higher usage percentage so that’s clearly impressive by Luka and PER has Luka 2nd only behind Jokic. So apart from shooting splits, Luka is leading the way in everything. And he’s having more of these monster games too. If you want to talk about Steph shooting more efficiently, that’s the whole case. Luka is accounting for the most percentage of his offense than any other player in the league. He’s the leading scorer in the league while he also leads the league in direct chances creates. He is their whole offense. The Warriors on the other hand have been decent offensively even without Steph. They just have sucked defensively and they lack a bit in depth which the Mavs also do.

Stephen A saying Tim Hardaway JR isn’t a scrub and that he can play a role: Hope he thinks 32% from the field and 30% from 3 is not a scrub.

Steph literally has to be doing a single-hand-double-twist 3 in wheel of fire to the media acknowledge he’s the best player on the league, smh
