Pistol Pete never played for the pelicans. He played for the New Orleans Jazz which eventually moved to Utah, not the Pelicans who were originally the Hornets from Charlotte. Not to be confused with the current Hornets in Charlotte which were originally the Bobcats and have no connection to Muggsy, Grandmama, and Zo. NBA history is complicated. I don’t blame you, bud.
