dejounte and demar in attack mode really worked for the spurs. but again, lack of defense almost cost them the game. patty played well, but why would you put him on bradley beal down the stretch when you have devin vassell who is 10x a better defender and adds more defensive versatility? i think devin could’ve had a huge impact in this game had he gotten extended minutes.

In 35 years of watching the NBA I don’t think I’ve seen a team hit so many high difficulty shots in a game as the Spurs last night. The record streak seemingly wasn’t to be for the Wizards, especially with some horrendous calls down the stretch.

Man, I hate what happened to Derrick White. He’ll definitely be out for the rest of the regular season. Best case scenario is, depending on the severity of the injury, he can return sometime for the playoffs (assuming the Spurs make it there).

Game it was a playoff game but the spurs got the W and the Wizards the L tuff loss they need to win the next 11 game to have a chance to make it to the playoffs but depending on other teams to lose games this game was very important but oh well they still have a chance on the 10 seed to climb on 8 seed.
