Coach Pop said that he was going to let Victor be Victor and against certain NBA teams, its not working.

He needs to first establish himself in the paint being a threat presence to either score and pass from the paint and a rebounding and blocking threat instead of hanging around the perimeter playing small forward looking to shoot jump shots… his teammates are not making Wemby a priority in the paint around the basket when he can get the balk passed high to him that can’t be defeated and once that inside presence is established then roam around outside the paint making defenders work to stop his that frees up his teammates.

Spurs are not protecting the rim on defense when they have a 7’4″ center who can defend the basket defensively.

OKC did what they came to do. Play hard and win. Kudos to them. I said in a comment last video that I’d give the Spurs credit when I see improvement (not necessarily winning). This was the opposite. I wasn’t pandering to the notion that “this is a young team” or “they’ll figure it out”. At some point those words are hallow and meaningless and this disastrous team is past it. There’s no heart in their game. They play like they didn’t even practice. I’m not going to baby this team like the others. Something is wrong with them. I don’t know if it’s a team thing or an organization thing. OKC won with their effort, integrity, and dignity. Something the Spurs lack.

To the rest of the league, don’t bother taking the Spurs seriously. Just put in the minimal effort and the game is yours.

People are starting to learn that spending money to watch Victor play will probably be a tall skinny disappointment, That’s why the stadium is empty. New York City learned that the hard way lol.

Seriously look at the difference between his summer league games which were crazy full and now. Game by game the hype is dying.

Most of the time he has his hand up screaming “ pass it to me I’m open” while the rest of his team just ignores him. Feel like a high school reject nobody likes. Anyone else getting that vibe watching these games of his?

This is such a small insignificant thing, but what’s the point of using this other random colorful spurs logo @ the thumbnail, when they’re using the same normal uniform in game and same gray in the box score too
