Embiid is a dominant player ; Jokic is an all around player in terms of scoring,rebounds and assists. It’s a hard debate though but Jokic is the MVP.

People fail to realize .. Availability is the mosh important asset a team can get out of you.. When you can’t play, you give your team a less of a chance to keep winning. Available does play apart of being an MVP.

Missed games matter Shaq. If it’s close, then you should give it to the guy who’s been there for his team every game. That’s an ingredient for MVP… availability/reliability.

Sorry what has injuries to do with MVP…. MVP should get the most consistent and best Leader. Let me set clear Jokic is not a Leader and he didn’t be the entire Year that good, Giannis was before Injury better then Jokic. It would be nice that Jokic win it either. So we have not all Year the same Guy as MVP.
Jokic deserve some personnel Title.

Underdog can easily solve this by pulling MVP lost of the last 25 years and see how many games they missed. Guaranteed a vast majority wouldn’t have less then 10-15 to prove Barkley & Kenny right.

Shaq is the shaqafool, embuid missed 25% of the season. IMO Jokics more rounded player, Nuggets won 4 in a row without Murray.
