It’s quite evident those few games the DAME missed was 2 much POR to overcome. They’ve lost too much traction.. + Dame still not %100 he just out there outta desperation.. FACTS

I am on the fence with Walton; willing to give him more of a chance. I hope he realizes his opportunity here: if he (they) makes the playoffs, he has bought himself another season, and solidified his place as leader in the team’s eyes. …
His ejection from the Wizards game was interesting. I didn’t see a lot of respect towards him. Barnes was holding him back, with a look of exasperation, the assistant coach was pushing him off the floor, and the entire bench weren’t even looking at him as he left. My theory is that he needs to start at the top – solidify his own staff, so that they work together. I say that mostly due to the actions, in that moment, of the top assistant coach. Basically poo-poo’ing him and nudging him off the court, and then he was not shy about taking command of that sideline for the rest of the game! I was at that game, and was sitting in the corner above the Kings bench. Am I saying this assistant coach is gunning for his job? …. maybe. Or, not quite – but let’s just say he wouldn’t mind, IF it did happen that he became “interim head coach.” … I also listened to his post-game interview, and he also took comfortable command of that. Does this mean the conclusion should be, “great! He’s head coach material!”? Absolutely not. Because he would be, first and foremost, a back-stabber.

I can’t believe how hilariously, epically, franchise-worst this team’s defense is. The fundamentals are just flat-out lacking. Just let Dame rest, he is still in obvious discomfort. You may want to say “tank for ? player in the lottery” but this draft seems rather underwhelming. Dark times..

I had nothing to do tonight, so I decided to go to this game. The game was moving quite fluidly and felt like a typical back and forth. I looked up at the scoreboard around halfway through the first quarter and realized Sacramento was up 26-10. It never felt like much of a contest from that point on. Moral of the story: the Kings made their shots early and the Trail Blazers didn’t.
