Not sure to say last year’s Rockets team is better than this year. Luc was hurt during the playoffs so it’s only Ariza. Ariza was totally off during the GS series, so he wasn’t much of a factor. This year, Rockets have Faried, House, Rivers and Shumpert for defensive purposes, and they can shoot as well. So, I agree that the Rockets would probably benefit if they play GS as early as possible. Either way, they will have to go through GS sooner or later, so why not sooner?

It’s still a failed season if they lose another western conference finals so you might as well play them early while Harden is fresh

The Rockets can beat ANYONE. If Paul doesn’t hurt his hammy, Rockets are NBA champions. If the Rockets beat GS, they will rep the West and can beat anyone in the EAST

I am actually so glad portland won last night because this makes everything better. If portland didnt win it was gonna be rockets vs okc in first round which would have made the warriors trip to the finals easier. Now there is potential for Warriors to have to face both teams.

Everyone just wants the warriors to lose. Why dont you just enjoy greatness? We may NEVER see a team as talented as this one in our lifetimes again. They are the reason the NBA is so amazing these days. F$%# the rockets. Im rooting for D Mitch and Utah to take them to 7 and beat them in Houston and Watch harden choke again.

Only way warriors lose is if they have a major injury to either steph or KD. A fully healthy warriors will not lose.

The more they make Rachel create these storylines, the less respect I have for her and the network. “I guess if you reeeeally think you’ll win no matter what…”

I hate that these “experts” get paid so much. The Rockets have a better team this year even though they didn’t win as many games as last year.

How the hell did you hurt yourself Rachel? Too damn old to be sustaining injuries sit down somewhere.

Counter argument, playing gsw in the 2nd round means they ‘ll be playing a relatively fresh dubs..

If rockets meet them earlier & win then they’ll go to championship but they got paul but warriors got cousins and lost their last meeting with cousin and warriors didn’t have their whole team so Rockets it ain’t going to happen

And on top of all this when it goes up to the playoff time the Warriors turn it up a notch people seem to forget this
