11th is the worst place to finish. How disappointing

You can’t help it. As soon as Toronto decided to take IQ and Barrett instead of picks – you knew they weren’t going to be terrible enough to finish near the bottom of the league. And then they kept Poetl as well, who is super important to Toronto’s defense.

@ At least they’re an 11 seed with an upside. Beats being a Philly fan

Finally, the Raps lost a game. The tank hasn’t been stopped yet. But I still think they’ll catch Chicago…

So Toronto sits Scottie Barnes the last 8.5 minutes, Poeltl the last 5.5 minutes, and Jamal Shead the last 17 minutes of the game while a 6 point lead turned into a 3 point lost. If Adam Silver wasn’t such a 😼, he would investigate this team.

      😂😂😂

    • @orlandowright2323

      March 16, 2025 at 10:29 pm

There are a lot of teams he would have to investigate then. Utah, Washington, Brooklyn etc. All the lower seeded teams are purposely doing this and there is nothing he can do about it unless he punishes all those teams which would be going against the CBA.

    • @dl1659

      March 16, 2025 at 10:51 pm

They’re giving the bench some playing time for experience… and doing a healthy amount of tanking at the same time 😂

    • @stephengrinkley9889

      March 16, 2025 at 11:08 pm

@@orlandowright2323 WTF are you talking about? Teams have been fined numerous times on the past for intentionally not being competitive. Hell the Jazz just got fined just the other day for manipulating the injury report involving Markkenen. Why do you think they draft lottery has been tweaked so many times?

It was so obvious the Raptors tried to lose this game…Utah made it hard for the Raptors to tank so they put on the bench to make sure they lost…nice job Raps!
