Scottie Barnes records this game alone:

What a legendary stat.. only rookie player since Shaq to score at least 25 points, 15 rebounds, 5 steals in a game.. all while shooting 85%… (finished with 28Pts,16Rbd,4AST, 5 steals)

Tied for most points off of tip ins

that’s a legendary stat line/ night for Scottie Barnes 🔥🔥

Huzzah! While Vanvleet is recovering from injury, Malachai Flynn finally got some valuable minutes to help the team get over this hump! Massai said recently that he likes Flynn which was great to hear! Usually its Barnes acting as the ball of excitement but this time around it was Flynn who showed that he was excited to be contributing to the team! Barnes erupted for 28 points for the second time in 3 games! Again, while OG is recovering from injury, Barnes stepped up as a scorer! There was so much to get hyped about in the way both played today! And Dragic? The look of concern on his face in the first quarter spoke volumes! 😛

Huzzah! While Vanvleet is recovering from injury (although out of commission he was the general was still directing the Raptors from the bench as can be seen at the 4:33 mark), Malachai Flynn finally got some valuable minutes to help the team get over this hump! Massai said recently that he likes Flynn which was great to hear! Usually its Barnes acting as the ball of excitement but this time around it was Flynn who showed that he was excited to be contributing to the team! There was so much to get hyped about in the way both played today! And Dragic? The look of concern on his face in the first quarter spoke volumes! Thaddeus Young said hello from 3 point land! 😛

Wow Clown-rees “warning” didn’t even last through the next game… Even if he had played, and played well, they were losing this by 10-15 regardless. Only way the Nets save their season is if KD comes back and also Ben Simmons decides to play(?) comes back from injury(?) and at the very least is decent.

The only thing bigger than dragic’s ambitions and dreams were the point gap.

Scottie played out of his mind this game. No doubt about it he is the rookie of the year in my mind. He fits so well with the Raptors leaving space for trades to be available next season without worrying about losing too much, or could be in a deal on his own which could get us some great pieces.

very disappointed at Nets, in particular Nash, Yes it is home court without Kyrie and any star players, but that doesn’t mean entitled to lose by default. it is great opportunity to try different lineups and strategies instead of basically letting the players play on their own. Nets need a better coach!
