The Raptors are without a true Center. The few times that Jakob is playing hurt does not cut it. He play is poor because of his injury. Of course Nic Claxton and others were going to have their way with the Raptors in the paint.

Jak’s health will ultimately cost this team we have to look for trades now

If the Raptors want to be serious in fighting for the 6th seed, and a guaranteed playoff spot, they are going to have to trade for a Center before their upcoming tough schedule. They will not be able to hold their own. IQ, Ochai, Gradey and draft capital need to be on the table for that Center and a reliable PG. In trading IQ, I would like Shead and Chucky to get a shot but also acquire a PG to be sure. Watching for the front office to make a move. Cheers!

Y Purdel – is terrible on defence can’t box out – 2nd line centre at best – watch his game – bad

He’s playing with a bad back, and we gave him a huge extension. Were cooked if he doesnt heal. It doesn’t look good rn ngl

Raptors are soft – no tough – other than a few players – babies

  13. @MichealJordansAccountant

    December 21, 2025 at 9:17 pm

Raptors need a centre. And we need a bench that can shoot. Even a 6th man I’ll take.

S_O_F_T – Raptors – terrible basic defence – going through motions – high school – time to tank

MPJ carries pathetic Nets team, but they will trade him to get yet another rookie who can’t shoot. Until Nets get rid off Sean Marks they will always be bottom feeders.

    • @BlueJimmie48Fan

      December 21, 2025 at 9:56 pm

While I agree Sean Marks should have been fired years ago, Brooklyn has held opponents to 102.3 PPG this month, the fewest in the league. While the record shows we’re a bottom feeder, without Cam Thomas, the team doesn’t play like one. Going to be an interesting trade deadline to say the least.

Scottie Barnes…Franchise players don’t take games off. Franchise players go get points when the team needs them. Franchise players provide sparks if necessary. He’s not a franchise player.
