Still in shock that the Celtics didn’t cover. Fucking Tatum and Brown destroyed full strength Raptors so many times since Kawhi left, but today they decide to suck ass. Missing their damn free throws. How does Tatum not hit those two at the end of the game, zero pressure at that point. Stanley Johnson turning into fucking Steph Curry.

Celtics played against short-handed Raptors tonight, but I need this consistency from them, man. This is a great win. For the Raptors, tough loss but I still got them securing the 6th or 7th spot in the East. Carry on…

I liked the moves when the Celtics made ’em. You can always give the excuse, “they’re a young team” when you have a roster like the Celtics. But, when they do well, you marvel at how young Tatum is and some of the “others” that are coming up around him and Brown. And Kemba… it’s just been so long since he’s been fully healthy, last game they played, he looked nice.

I can’t explain how much I want Smart back. I’ll take the chucked up threes, he was defending like he always does, passing like a general and calling out teammates for not hustling.

The fact we are missing 3 starters and almost won is mind boggling lmao. Gg’s to the celtics tho! Taytum put on a show in the 4th! We need a closer like that! Wish we could get Bradley Beal.

I have noticed that in these winning steaks
    1.rob williams minutes increase
2.rob williams ends the game rather than thompson
3.the confidence of celtics bench is increase (their score inceease)when robs minutes is increased
I therefore submit that rob williams minute should be increased

Grant William’s stepped up his game. Jt consistently good. Robert William’s is really developing good. The Raptors played and shot well Bouche shot really well. Most of the team. THEY both played well. I though it was well played game. I have been a Celtic fan for a long time . When I was on facebook more than a year ago . I enjoyed looking at the games live and I got to know people. Last year went to Denver and saw the Celtics vs Nuggets. It was a good game. I know there have been fans from other teams who r biased. When the Celtics played against the Lakers going back and forth. I saw the Celtics in one room . Where me former wife family was for the Lakers . They say in another room watching the game . It great to watch rivalry Games. I am a Celtic fan for life. I will not be a fair weather fan. I stay the same no matter what other fans say. It good to have competitive games. Life is always testing our adverse circumstances. Tough times dont last. Tough people do.😇🤗🤜🤛🙌⛹️‍♂️🙈🥳

I feel like the raps are better shorthanded. They’d win a significant amount of more games this way. Their shooting is good, passing game is good, and defense is aggressive. Especially without Siakam. There are plays and key possessions he just posts up and bricks it so many times. If they get key on those possessions without him they could be a legit contender for maybe the 7th.

    March 5, 2021 at 10:38 am

Baynes getting beat on the boards by a guard🤔 lack of run outs on the 3 point line that they are use to, probably missed having more guys in the line up that would allow more contest.

I’m not really disappointed in this loss we needed a week of for our coaching staff and players health, now that the all star break is here and none of our players are in the all star game ( which I would rather have cause I don’t wanna risk one of our players getting covid) we could have a nice break get healthy then go on a streak we were short handed missing siakam vanvleet and OG and almost won also when they had 40 free throws this shows what a team we are we almost beat a top 5 team in the east with 3 key players missing

Raptors 14-17 at the line. Celtics 29-40, yes this is correct. The Celtics got 23 more free throws than the Raptors. I don’t care how good a team you are. If the other team gets 40 free throws and you only get 17, you are not going to win. Even without their three best players and most of their coaches the Raptors kept it close.

Don’t want to jinx things, but it seems like the C’s are getting hot at the right time. Tatum is starting to heat up, and Kemba finally playing the way his contract demands. I think Ainge still needs to make a move if they want to contend for a finals appearance

I’m telling you, the Raptors need to trade Powell yesterday!

He’s on an affordable contract and averaging the most he likely ever will. Dude is peaking, and they could probably get a first and a player for him!

Pull the trigger before the opportunity passes!

Defensive boards for Raptors are pathetic. Instead of watching the ball, block out!!! The smallest Celtic guard pulls down an easy rebound against Raptor’s centre. Two years running.
