This is the energy the Wolves need the next two months. When we’re fired up and playing our best we can beat anyone. I know this was pistons down 3 starters but still. The smash-mouth defense is where it’s at.

Refs clearly favored Detroit, they shot 32 free throws and were fouling like crazy all game, Duren even fouled Rudy on the jump ball with no call

The refs handled this poorly because Bickerstaff and Stewart were wrongfully ejected since they both were defusing the situation. It should be a fines on Reid and Prigioni. Reid, Divincenzo, Sasser, and Prigioni ejected. The only real unknown is what was said between Holland and Reid, because Reid went Berzerk. I wouldn’t have ejected Holland, but I didn’t hear what was said and two words mouthed were hard to make out, so I’ll give the refs the benefit of the doubt on that one.

The refs were allowing them to be way too physical without calling anything on Detroit and allowing Malik to show his ass. That will lead to things like this… the refs handled this wrong up until the fight.

@tokdo4960 – you couldn’t be more wrong, Stewart had already bumped Donte at half court during a timeout, then took a cheap shot while Donte was on the ground after a foul was already called. Stewart should’ve already had at least one tech before the “brawl” happened. The only player that didn’t deserve to get ejected was Naz

A.E WAS THE X FACTOR AS HE ALWAYS IS WHEN THE GAME GETS INTENSE. HAD DETROIT POINT GAURD PLAYED THIS GAME IT PROBABLY WOULD BE. DIFFERENT OUTCOME.
