Pippen reacts to LeBron’s Lakers title comments: If it comes from The King, I agree | The Jump

Published

on

Jorge Sedano, David Fizdale and Scottie Pippen discuss whether LeBron James and Anthony Davis have enough to win an NBA title, or if they need to make a move at the trade deadline or wait for a buyout candidate like Darren Collison or Andre Iguodala. They then (3:02) react to Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young starting the NBA All-Star Game.

That mf straight up discredited Rondo like he’s still not doing what he does, facilitating on a top tier level. Like what does he want another Lebron? Still as good as anybody doing it.. in limited minutes.

Iggy is the only person I think is worth adding as another piece. I think the person he takes minutes from is lebron and he can definitely play winning basketball

The other commenter is a joke… Pippen, The coach is on point. Rando not on point during the playoffs? What a joke!

Rondo is just better than when he won a championship with the Celtics. He couldn’t make a basket from anywhere then. He drops buckets like a shooting guard compared to then now. Incompetent journalists claim he is not more valuable now to the Lakers than he was then to the Celtics

Enough to win a title.. If they do believe that or the so called king realize it. he just summoned other cities king of their own just to teach em how to bark. He’s a terrible leader on and off the court.

It is shame that Lakers have 2 SUPERSTARS + 2 Allstars and the talk is that they need one more guy. GSW 2017-2019 had exactly that amount of stars(2 superstars+2 Allstars) and they were hated for their dominance. But of course Lebron needs more! It’s never enaugh.
Just imagine KD & Steph coming out and saying “we need one more guy to win the title” . This proves Lebron’s not as impactful as media represents him. yo MUST win a ring when you have 4 Stars on your team. JUST RIDICULOUS

I disagree the problem with the Lakers they can’t defend the wingman length and against good defensive team’s the Lakers bench struggles
