Lol this dude is a loser. I live close to Barclays and HSS. He NEVER put in this much work as a Net. That’s why he was booed in the final two home games in Brooklyn. He really thought drinking that nets culture smoothie diet was enough. This is why he never prioritized Miami as a destination. Too much strict cultural discipline. This clown was partying before that hamstring injury that hurt him in the 2021 playoffs.

WTF was the point of that sprint with the loose elastic cord? Didn’t look like it adds anything to the exercise? This was some lame training for a pro athlete.

    • Efe Atilla

      March 10, 2022 at 4:33 pm

it is the same principle as unracking a weight you cannot squat and just holding it for a few seconds. It trains your NS so once you can perform that weight/speed etc.. it doesn’t feel otherworldly. It is a legit practice

    • HawaiiBoi

      March 10, 2022 at 11:29 pm

@Efe Atilla I understand your example, just don’t know how it applies to that loose band around his waist? It looks like the trainer kept quite a bit of slack in the line and the trainer was in FRONT of James, where is the added resistance if he is running towards the trainer.
