Dominicans have the funniest accent. I’m a Dominican so chill. My mom, aunts, and inlaws that emigrated here in their 20s speak like that. I came when I was nine, almost ten, and for some reason the kids in schools, once I learned English, called me a Russian. Apoerantly I sounded like a Russian that barely knows English as I was learning it. But I no longer have the accent, but I found it funny. Not offensive.

Yes lol I’m Mexican living in California and I had a co worker who was Dominican from the Bronx. When he would speak Spanish it would throw some of our customers off lol
