Hawks not playing defense with energy, slow on rotation, no shot blocking threat inside, opposition outside shooters easy looks. McMillan is too laid back with officials no calls, he got enough money to show some anger against officials, get some techs, bail out his players from griping with officials for no foul calls. Hawks are looking more like the Falcons. Disastrous

The Hawks let a rookie come off the bench and drop 24pts on them. That’s not good defense.

How is Jokic in the MVP convo and trae young is not when both teams are 500. ..trae gona be the Kobe of this era.. he gona get black balled out of so many accolades just because the media hates on him… as for the hawks we gotta step it up on D no excuses.. I would like for the hawks to go after kristaps since the mavs don’t appreciate him anyway. Capela is good for lobs but his IQ is subpar and his free throw shooting is a liability.. and let’s cut delon wright pronto

Man, not sure what happened to the hawks. They over-performed last season and im expecting them to be more confident and win 50 games this season. They dont have major injury issues and the key pieces from last season is still in there. And yet they’re struggling to win games this season.
Nuggets could’ve been a top 4 team if jamal and MPJ are not injured.

The Nuggets 💪came fully ready to play.
Gordon 🏀had a game that was worth watching,
Jeff Green seemed to be the secondary leading
scorer behind Jokic, and other guys on roster
like Hyland along with Capozzo were fantastic.
Round of applause 👏to Austin Rivers too in Mile
High for Nuggets. Got to give him credit for
attacking the rim and making some shots.👍
No matter what the numbers say at end on
Hawks side tonight, Mighty Trae🔥 still had his way. Because of his overall pace and tone there were plenty of moments where I witnessed continued greatness. Just sucks for my ☹Hawks to lose because Nuggets shot attempts were frequently uncontested due to our lack of defense. John Collins, so happy your still with us. 🙏It’s players like you that really make a difference going forward. Fans don’t worry, this is the Eastern Conference, the Hawks are going to be alrigght when it truly matters. Most important thing to notice is that Atlanta has made the necessary sacrifices to play as a unit. Consistency only
missing ingredient right now we don’t have.

These Atlanta announcers are very good. They actually talk about the game and the players — not what they did on their own vacation in Florida. Obviously, they are pulling for the Hawks but very fair to the Nuggets players regarding complements for good passes and shots. Surprised Denver won this one so easily after getting blown out at home to the unpredictable Jekyll & Hyde T-wolves.
