    Jokić is incredibly slow and fat for NBA player. Only reason for his big numbers is bad defense. He has basketball IQ and talent, but tougher defense from the 90s would limit him in single digits in points, rebounds and assists.

Nobody is boxing him out, he gets the ball too easily on every play, he is alone at the 3-point line too often, etc. I can’t imagine him getting to the basket as easily as he does today. His playmaking abilities are great, but if the overall defense is better, he would not be so dominant.
