   Play #5 the player takes one dribble when he controls the ball. Then he stops dribbling. Then he starts to dribble again which is, according to the rules a turnover as it is called double dribble. The NBA needs to follow the rules else it is becoming just like the Harleem GlobeTrotters- a funny exhibition.
