    Come on. NBA teams and coaches need to start treating players like employees, because that’s what they are.
    Drop the pointless handshakes and over-the-top pregame rituals. Forget the ridiculous outfits, show up in a suit and handle business.
    And if the effort isn’t there, replace them with hungry G League players who would give everything for a real shot.
    Right now there’s no urgency, just mean mugging and unnecessary theatrics that do nothing to help the team win.

    They need european fans to wake the hell up.
