Dallas won the series though. 4-2. Then they were robbed vs Miami in the 2006 Finals.

    • Neo Gaming Channel

      May 24, 2020 at 10:39 pm

They weren’t robbed. DWade drove to the basket and got fouled. The refs made some bad calls but the majority of the calls where actually fouls when you look at the tape. We have the video smh. The refs did make some bad calls but the overall officiating of the game was overrated because of the box score. Wade did get a lot of free throws but earned 90% of them. If you make a bad call as a ref in a game where Wade out free throw attempts the whole team it looks worse than it was. Here is the video of game 5 where he attempted the most free throw in nba history

You gonna complain about Wade getting a few bad calls here in there but not give him credit for getting to the line with legitimate fouls? He got to the line 25 times and maybe 2 to 3 bad fouls calls on the ref where Wade got fouled 13 times.

Here is the “phantom” foul at the end of game 5 everyone bitches about but you can see he was clearly fouled by both Dirk and Harris. Ref made a good call because real time it’s really hard to see that. Why not hold Dallas roster accountable on defense for not letting Wade in the driving lane for a point blank layup attempt. Or 3/4 of their leading scorers shooting under 40%. Wade never gets credit because he shot a lot of free throws but no one looks at all the calls and sees most of them was actually bad defense by the Mavs. He’s not like James Harden where 50% of his points are from the line. DWade averaged 34.7 ppg but 22-23 ppg was from the field. He was cooking the Mavs without the free throws which led to them having to hack after their initial defender got broken down by Wade. Look how many possessions Wade was guarded by either Jason Terry or Devin Harris. They both give up about 30-40 lbs to Wade and flash was way faster and didn’t even need a screen a lot of times.

Of course. That was one of the most rigged series of all NBA history. The most rigged series was:

      Miami vs Dallas 2006
Lakers vs Sacramento Conference Finals 2002
      Miami vs OKC 2012 finals
Cavaliers vs Golden State 2016 finals

In my opinion the worst is Miami vs Dallas 2006 finals.

Yup this Suns team is legit. They could have won it in 2006 if Amare did not get injured and in 2007 if Amare & Diaw wer not suspended in game 5 vs the Spurs.

    • Floyd 972

      May 25, 2020 at 1:24 pm

You can blame referee Tim Donaghy for that. Guy ADMITTED AND SERVED JAIL TIME For tampering games while HE was gambling. According to him, Lakers benefited from two series (due to altered officiating) 2000 Lakers vs Trailblazers game 7, and Lakers vs King’s 2002 (which shouldn’t be a surprise to anybody). And the one directly involving the Suns, was the Spurs series in 2007 when Steve Nash got hip checked by Robert Horry, and the Suns bench “stood up”. Didn’t run on the court, no fight, and technicals were called on the players who “stood up” were ultimately suspended for crucial game and they lost. One of the stupidest suspensions in NBA history in the playoffs for something so stupid… Suns were robbed…

Meme plug69 meme dude ur actually dumb.
First of all: WHO THE FUCK IS DAVID ROBERSON? I searched him up and he is a baseball pitcher. Secondly iverson is a shooting guard and no way in hell is d rose better than curry. I don’t care in prime rose we’re talking about greatest which is most accomplishments

    • Jade Haughton

      May 25, 2020 at 8:54 pm

@Jorge Ramos I compare retired players durability and seasons played and what they have accomplished and Stockton never shot more than 2 three point attempts per game but he was able to change the game by passing the ball for easy lay ups almost everytime down the court
Magic was the most talented at 6’9″ but his career was short yet effecient at winning championships
Isaiah Thomas won championships but he wasn’t a game changer, he just had a heart for the game.
Nash was a better PG than Thomas and I feel he was robbed, because of bad officiating, I don’t think anyone wanted to see Phoenix Suns win a championship

    • Veryhealthydog 101

      May 25, 2020 at 8:57 pm

Meme plug69 no way Stockton is better than curry. Stockton has never revolutionized the game like Steph. Whether you hate it or not the modern 3 point barrage is because of him. Stockton also has no rings or mvps. Case closed

    • Jade Haughton

      May 25, 2020 at 9:20 pm

@Veryhealthydog 101 yes I agree with you, you are absolutely 100% correct

But here is were you are wrong; the Stockton pick and roll was revolutionary

Just like the revolutionary Kareem sky hook
Just like the revolutionary Jordan fade away
Just like when Curry retires you will never again see a screen and pop executed better than the way Curry did it

    • Floyd 972

      May 25, 2020 at 6:47 pm

PY L Diaw is probably the player with the highest basketball IQ with low skill sets (in comparison to NBA greats) that I’ve ever seen. If he had more raw talent, or physical ability he could have been one of the best players in the NBA.

in a way, this series makes LeBITCH look even WORSE for the 2011 finals. the 2000s mavs had a TERRIBLE habit of CHOKING in the PLAYOFFS, and it was BELIEVED that dirk was SOFT. and YET, LeBITCH still FOUND A WAY to CHOKE to a team that was known for CHOKING themselves. WELL under 20ppg, THIRD leading scorer on his OWN TEAM, AVERAGED less ppg than CHRIS BOSH. NOWHERE NEAR GOAT. m.j. was 6 and 0, kobe was 5 and 2, duncan was 5 and 1, bill russell was 11 and 1, shaq got 4 rings, steph has 3, magic was 5 and 4, bird got 3, etc. are we SURE he’s even TOP 10 ? didn’t even mention KAWHI and KD, who are BETTER as well. he is so damn OVERRATED

I love how Malone and Stockton are ignored by the NBA.

More evidence that Jordan played in a weak era: all his top competition are treated like second-rate losers historically.

At some point, this will cause people to reevaluate Jordan’s legacy and place in history.

    Possibly a fake GOAT.
