     Keep up the hard working bro i believe in you and take it easy on your body 7 hours may be too much and try to be consistent and never leave the game in young age , you are young and still have time to build your body and your skills and also don’t forget to focus at school it will make you smart and you need to be so smart to play in the NBA ❤
