@Spike Shooter …you must not watch a lot of other teams play home games cause every announcer is like that….what are they supposed to say rudy gay sucks…its a home game the announcers are from the san antonio spurs not the grizzlies…if your hometown announcers are not calling games like they do here in S.A. it must suck for your teams fans…i think our announcers do a very good job…

@spursfan17 spursfan17 Where did I indicate they should say Rudy Gay sucks? You can happily announce a great move or shot, but you also don’t want to make yourself sound like a bias cheerleader in the process. That’s why people didn’t like Fred McLeod (RIP) alway yelling after every single made shot. The Hornet’s anouncer is the same way. So basically, be happy when things go well, but don’t go for over the top like they just sunk a title winning shot.

@Spike Shooter …on the first comment you posted you said that they sounded like cheerleaders cause rudy hit a 3 or something like that…and i said what fi you want them to say that rudy gay sucks…instead of them been happy cause a player for the team they work for happen to hit a 3…every announcer for the team they work for get like that…if they don’t i feel sorry for the fans for having a boring ass announce team…sean elliot and bill land make the game exciting that’s how it should be…

Maybe the spurs should switch the bench with the starting 5. Now that might just work.😂

It’s time for the Spurs to change their starting line up because the current one just isn’t working. I’d like to see Derrick White being the starting point guard. The Spurs do better when Derrick White is the facilitator. I’d also like to see the Spurs use some of their young talent more like Lonnie Walker, Metu and Eubanks.

Spurs are going to do what the Warriors are currently doing and blatantly tank at some point. The playoff streak will end sooner or later. Can’t keep this same roster and keep fighting to get a lower seed on a yearly basis just to do nothing in the playoffs.
