@Emmanuel OppongI know I’ll never be an NBA player and the guy commenting probably won’t either. But you can still comment on their play! It’s the reason why coaches exist even though they aren’t as good as the players. If you understand the game you can comment on other people and point out mistakes. Doesn’t mean you’ll ever be as good as them

@TmacAttack That is not the reason coaches exist my friend. I promise you that there are people who even play in the NBA who don’t understand the game. Actually it was recently said by numerous NBA players that about 85% of the league has a really low IQ. With all that said, IN MY OPINION, obviously people can comment about the players and say literally anything they want. HOWEVER, there should be a limit. Especially since none of us know the NBA game. Which is different than the college game. Which is different than playing at the park with friends.

@Emmanuel Oppong that was literally my exact point. NBA players in general struggle with IQ and to make the right reads and plays. So commenting on their game is acceptable. You can identify weaknesses without having those strengths yourself. It’s different in real time but I 100% can sit down and identify an NBA player making a mistake. Whether or not I would make those same mistakes is irrelevant
