Nash didn’t make any changes in the either of his playoffs until it was too late. Against the Bucks, he didn’t do anything about Giannis, refused to put a center on him. Bucks had similar physical defense as ’21 Celtics and the Nets ran multiple screens for Durant, but they somehow forgot to do that against the Celtics. Nash ran a tight 7 man rotation against the Celtics and didn’t make any changes until the FOURTH game when it was too late. The only person who didn’t play hard enough was Kyrie, I will give him that. Did Nash deserve to be fired 7 games into the new season? NO. Was Nash a good coach? Can’t say he was.

So jj gets maad credit for something so blatantly obvious.. both LA teams are also at fault in this type.. clippers trading 6 picks n Shai for pg, Lakers trading a decade of assets for a win now with AD

Like Lebron,Chris Webber and others killing off a white coach is a measure of their greatness. Durrant and Irving have just secured their HOF status. Power to the prima donas

Man can’t believe they are making such a big deal about Kyries movie posting!

This shows the double standards of the media and how all these journalists are in the pockets of this who pay their checks with no minds and no moral compass.

These same folks literally speak up for peoples right to freedom of speech when speech is against another society’s or cultures or religions values yet when someone merely posts subtle suggestions making remarks at the IN POWER culture / religion in the west these people tear the person apart like blasphemy laws!

    Unbelievable!

The coaches job is getting the team to play their hardest for him/her. He failed at that, is he fully to blame no but its his job to unite/lead the team.

    • loungekiller

      November 4, 2022 at 3:03 pm

How was he supposed to unite/lead them when Kyrie came out first day on the job saying they don’t need a coach?

JJ’s last comment is EXACTLY what went wrong with the Nets and the Lakers.

JJ Reddick is absolutely right. This guy should be a GM even with no experience because his thought process is amazing. The Nets are the perfect example of bending too much for their superstars.

All of the worst “player empowerment” players have gone through Brooklyn. Kyrie, Kd, Harden, and Simmons

Nets organization needs to look at themselves and work on development again and let the cards fall where they may.
Also if Nets win the chip this year than: Sean Marks ,KD, & Kyrie pulled off maybe the best run ever.
