Anybody who’s been watching him get better and better in the G league and still says he’s not good enough to be useful in the NBA is straight hating. The speed, hustle, and multiple ways he can score at a high level all translate to the NBA. His height isn’t a problem. That’s just an excuse used by people who don’t want him to get a shot. I’ll never understand the shade because it makes absolutely no sense.

I put his driving layup up to 83, his driving dunk to 98, his speed/accel at 92/96, and his vertical at 98 in NBA 2k23, and dude is still a 77 overall. I also put his tendencies to try and drive and dunk every time he touches the ball gave him gold-bronze posterizer, limitless takeoff, fast twitch, and rise up. It’s fun to play against him when we play the Thunder and watch him be completely irreverent of team basketball.
