@Youssef Almir If DAL front office doesn’t wake up and brings some AllStar caliber talent he will leave in 4 years or even less.
He can’t even rest a game or some minutes against under 0.500% teams… 0-3 without Luka and these close games only won because Luka is playing lika a god.

Luka has ascended to a level very few players in nba ever have. He has 3 50 point games in the last 4. And clutch plays to win 3 of those games. There really isn’t a better player in the world right now.

People who write this are clueless. Do you think this 23-year old NON-native English speaker is designing the offense and plays?
The Mavs run this offense by DESIGN of the coach because it’s the only way they can win games. Losing Brunson hurt because he was also a playmaker but Mavs are a terrible team without Luka — and they have no other playmakers. Luka averaging 9 assists and will make great passes if teammates are open.
So hate all you want but it’s Kidd and the Mavs that insist on running this Luka heavy offense.

What was the point of signing McGee to a 3-year 20 million deal if he’s actually not worth playing? And what was the point of signing the elderly Kemba Walker if he’s not actually going to play? Goran Dragic wanted to sign for peanuts to play with Luka but Cuban refused so he went to the Bulls.
Cuban and his new GM have no idea what they’re doing and they’re going to waste all this production from Luka as this team is so poorly constructed. I guess as long as Cuban sells tickets he doesn’t care about winning a title.
The KP trade was a giveaway to the Wizards (and yes Spencer is decent but it wasn’t enough) and then they lose their 2nd best player for nothing but make ZERO effort to replace him.
Mavs don’t have a lot of assets or draft picks — and the guys running the team are clueless so probably going to get worse.

I think Cuban cares but he’s failing again and again miserably,
1-KP trade with the Knicks was a very good bet that unfortunately went wrong due to the injuries (1st year they were amazing)
2-KP trade for Dinwiedie is ok imo because they were having lots of issues integrating this irregular KP that was scared to play hard on D.
3-Losing Brunson is a pain but i think he wanted not only money but a primary role as the starting Guard and with Luka he was not going to have it, he also has his family in NY.
4-C.Wood was a decent replace for Brunson’s scoring, but he needs to be also good on D.
5-I don’t understand the point of signing McGee and Kemba… terrible idea.
They need someone who can hold the team while Luka rests or to give him some more freedom, because right now Dinwiedie and C.Wood haven’t been able to do it. DAL defense is bad to very bad this year, the role players need to step up in this aspect.
