Lonzo Ball is a bust – Kendrick Perkins | The Jump

Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Zach Lowe, Kendrick Perkins and Scottie Pippen head to “Crunch Time” to talk about whether the Toronto Raptors can keep winning with their spate of injuries, and whether New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball still has room to improve. They then (2:13) discuss the Milwaukee Bucks being favored vs. the Los Angeles Lakers, and (3:59) debate whether they’d rather have Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young or Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell.

Is he a bust if the Hype was fake from the get go ? and everyone with at least 2 brain cells saw that he is too scrawny and his shot looks terrible during all that hype….

The coach refuses to just let him play and figure it out even though they are losing they regulate him to playing off ball, and his stats aren’t bust stats they are just role player stats idk why the media hates on the guy so much

Lonzo Ball is a pass first guard in a shoot first league. He not a bust. He can be a REALLY good role player and I would lowkey rather have him than Alex Caruso right now smh

I’d rather have Trae Young. Donovan Mitchel’s ceiling just seems really low to me.

I dont like Lonzo, but who cares what Kendrick Perkins has to say?!

Perk is right. All Lonzo does is pass up the ball early with no initiative or intensity. That’s not good enough for a no. 2 overall pick.

He never gets the minutes to put it all together on the court, NEVER!! Even on the Lakers before Bron came, Luke would let this dude get hot and then sit him on the bench for no fucking reason at all!! Y’all would be fools if you think mfers don’t get black balled! I hope he does put it all together so mfers can shut up, he was a beast at UCLA and this is coming from a Kentucky fan!

He started his career injured and injury prone. He’s not a bust just yet because he was playing hurt for a while.

All you have to do is watch the actual games to tell he does so much more than his stats. He makes his teams better
