This dude plays like Porzingus he reminds me a lot of him cause of his height and the way he handles the ball

He is gonna be so much better than Prozingis (this is pretty good year for him so far, pretty healthy) as a Wizards fan….

Even at the Knicks he didn’t move nearly as fluid as Wemby

injury just wait. All the hype around these frames with these skills, but once the frame is introduced to the pressures of NBA, they will fail. Hope this doesn’t happen to be clear. But we should all be expecting it.

      Chet, Porzingus, KD, even Zion

Kevin Durant has won – 2 titles, 2 FMVPS, 1 MVP, 4 scoring titles, and is a top 15 player of all time. Horrible example. Also praying for someone to get injured is just fuckung sad

You’re missing the point, sure KD is the only exception, just added him bc of all his injuries due to the play style and his frame.

Also, you clearly didn’t read my whole comment as I was explicitly clear that I hoped he does not get injured. It’s just a shame that they dont focus more on building these guys’ frames physically more before taking the beating that an NBA season is. Porzingus is prime example waiting till after an injury to start getting stronger.

@Simon Ping KD is is 6’10 with a 7’5 wingspan which is why he appears taller then he is. A close to 8 inch wingspan is absurd for any standards. 6’9-6’10 is considered the perfect NBA height where you can avoid constantly being Injured due to height and also reap the benefits of being very tall and likely being able to recover from a devastating injury since you aren’t so tall like victor where massive injuries if experienced will make it close to impossible to return back to your old self. Victor would need to have a flawless injury history(which he already has a pretty long injury history relative to his age) and for him to display the alien like and potential goat type career we all know he can have. It’s just tough being so tall. History is not his friend. Still any team who hesitates drafting him #1 would be heavily questioned but they may end up being right. The OP has a point and it’s a very real and scary point.

The fact he can average 30+ minutes at his age already is incredible from the standards people put on him for having a “fragile” build/frame. He’s gonna be one of the faces of the league in 2-3 years😮‍💨

Overrated af. Way too weak and frail to last in the NBA unless he puts on 20 to 30 lbs of muscle.
