Shut up about Lebron and the Lakers. Talk about teams that are actually still playing basketball.

Demar wouldn’t have been used the same way in LA than Chicago. Last time I checked everyone wrote off Demar at the start of season until Chicago surprised most of the media than they started making that argument. Plus he added fuel to fire when he said he wanted to go to Lakers.

Exactly, he would’ve been sitting at the 3 waiting for the ball just like Westbrook. Taking all the blame just like Westbrook.

They don’t play defense at all but everybody tryna add and subtract stars as if it’s going to change the fact that they don’t play defense.

Facts! Nobody was talking about DeRozan until they seen him excel in Chicago and now they want him

Lebron greatest Laker? Gotta win a lot more than 1 more for that title. Magic’s Lakers won 5. Kareem won 5 with magic. Kobe won 2 and 3 with Shaq. Shaq won 3. Lol. Laker fans see Lebron as a mercenary, not a Laker Legend.

Funny how these people been trying to say “forget the Lakers, they’re out from the play in, let’s stop talking about them!” But then lebron breathes “I disagree with Lebron, and here’s why…”
I already knew all these media puppets didn’t mean it when they said “let’s stop talking about Lakers and lebron!” I’ve always interpreted as “let’s stop talking about the subject that brings us the most views!” Like that ain’t happening 😂

I like his one out of 3 years you win a championship argument. First, this is year 4 and its clear they arent winning it this year. Second, just because you won once 2 years ago does not equate to having a 33% chance of winning another one. Someone needs to teach this man about variables and how math actually works. Third, usually a championship is like a mountain. There is a climb up, a peak, and a decline after. When They signed Lebron they were not only expecting a championship, but 4 years of competitive play. In that four years, they’ve missed the playoffs twice, had one first round exit, won one championship, and depleted all their tradable assets as they sit near the bottom of the league in standings and hold bad max contracts. The cheery on top is that tge fans didn’t even get to truly enjoy that Championship because no fans were allowed.

Despite the championship, I would not describe the last four years as a successful period for the Lakers. They sacrificed their rebuild, got one year of competitive play and have to go into another rebuild with no real assets. To me, this Lebron James period of the Lakers was the equivalent of premature ejaculation. I mean, sure, he got there, but now what?

The fact you said despite the championship is a joke. The NBA is all about championships. IDC what happens after he did his job and there’s another banner up so he did his job.

This is what the lakers have always been about if you’ve been a fan since the jump. They always exhaust themselves and assets to win a championship. That’s why they gave up lonzo, Randall, BI, etc because the lakers organization don’t look to build a player up they look for players already built. Hence the trade for Russ they look for superstars or big named players. I hate that everybody blame Lebron when as a true lakers fan the issue has always been management

Hahahaha all the “talking head/laker fans” are scared they’re gonna lose Lebron.

It doesn’t matter what Lebron James does in a laker uniform…..they will always bring up Kobe. Seek your happiness King….if that is at Lakers so be it….if it’s elsewhere, why not. Choose happiness!

He already won in LA? Have top heavy teams historically kept winning? In recent history Boston won 1, then had to rebuild, Miami won 2, then had to rebuild, Golden State is probably the exception because they were built as a young team first and then just plugged in Durant, but they still have struggled in the post Durant-era. Why should the Lakers be insulated for going all in? They wanted Westbrook, they wanted a big 3 to match up with Brooklyn’s right? Seems like everyone got what they paid for honestly. I don’t know if enough GMs have League Pass though.

All y’all in the comments talking about give it a break and stop talking about the lakers etc. Lebron brings media and the lakers is the 2nd leading team in championships they’ll never stop talking about either of the two. If you don’t like it why keep watching it or take the time to comment

The last thing the Warriors need is a LeBron James.

The Lakers have 3 more games left. Lebron will play in the first and third game proving to everyone he cares more about individual records then getting his team in the playoffs. James needs two more games to qualify for the scoring title and that is the only reason he will step on the floor tonight. He’s going to try to score at least 40 in each of the next two games he plays in so he can tell everyone he the oldest to ever win the scoring title, too bad this is all at the expense of the entire Lakers organization.
