Luka fans wish Klay was struggling so they can “prove” their narrative that Luka gets everyone easy shots. Mavs are 22nd in the league in team assists and have been one of the lowest passing teams in the league for Luka’s tenure there, which makes sense since the ball being in one player’s hands means the ball isn’t moving. The new Mavs will be sharing the ball a whole lot more, and have a much more balanced offensive attack with a better defense.
