    Blatant double-dribble by Nurkic – how did the refs miss that?

    • Brandon Young

      October 12, 2021 at 11:21 am

      It wasn’t a double dribble. He either dropped it or got it poked away. Either way he only dribbled once

    • HinjuRock

      October 12, 2021 at 11:24 am

      @Brandon Young

      Watch again – first he got the ball poked away then regained control and dribbled once, picked it up, and then dribbled again. If pick up your dribble and get the ball poked away, you can dribble again, but not get it poked away, dribble, then pick it up and dribble again. It was a double dribble. The refs just missed it or let it go.

      @HinjuRock it might be the camera angle that makes it confusing, but im 99% sure its not a double dribble. He never had possession of the ball before he dribbled… im only seeing one dribble. When he gets it poked away it looks like he dribbles, but doesn’t. I’ve played/watched basketball for a long time and im just not seeing it here.

      October 12, 2021 at 12:14 pm

      @HinjuRock yeah watch it on slow mo. Definitely not a double dribble. You had me going crazy there for a minute lol

      October 12, 2021 at 1:07 pm

      @Brandon Young

      Yeah, I guess it was poked out of his hand, then he picked it up and dribbled. I watched it a few times on regular speed and it looked like he regained control of the ball and dribbled once after it was poked away, then picked it up and dribbled again.

    Kind of lucked into Haliburton last year. Might have lucked into Mitchell this year. Both of them look like straight ballers. If Bagley can improve on the defensive end, I think the Kings can do some damage this season.

      October 12, 2021 at 12:47 pm

      Kings definitely lucked into Haliburton. In no way should he have fallen to 12th. Davion though, that was just a great pick by Monte. He could’ve chosen boucknight, Moody, Zaire, etc. and chose the more offensive approach but he chose Davion and it looks like it’s really paying off. He brings so much to this kings team. Monte in 2 years has created an extremely deep and versatile team. Getting Davis for a 2nd round pick, drafting Haliburton and Mitchell, signing Thompson, etc. I’m excited for this team

    Blazers 2nd and 3rd string kept the game close for most of the way. I feel bad for Kings fans lol

    • Top Shot Kyy

      October 12, 2021 at 12:49 pm

      You think Damian Jones, Queta, Metu, and Ramsey are going to get minutes next year? Those are our 3rd stringers. Btw, you guys had more starters playing than the kings and got embarrassed so I wouldn’t be talking.

    You are not gonna make the playoffs playing with 3 guards, might as well send one of them to Sixers for Simmons!
