AD deserves DPOTY because he can block and gets steals while defending guards on the perimeter

    Giannis won this hands down
Like look how he stops and observe them before they jump and then goes up for the block with precision

Unlike Davis and other nigga who just block little guys and just jump randomly

Rim protection in the paint no one is touching Gobert but give me Giannis’ versatility on defense. Transition D, rim protection, help defense, perimeter defense he can do it all.

I say the most defensive player is Rudy🤴🏽💪🏾 then Giannis and then Davis because same like LeBron they jus gonna be on LJ and AD so it isn’t rly fair and doesn’t rly give any other basketball player a chance!

I just noticed, Giannis’ and AD’s blocks were mostly coming from the weak side. Gobert’s were mostly pure 1v1s.

    I think giannis DPOY.

Giannis leads the most defensive stats. He is 2nd in rebounds; averages 1.0 BLKs and STLs. It would be the most disrespectful thing if Giannis doesn’t get it. Mind you he can guard any position

  34. Fernando Lima

    August 10, 2020 at 9:07 am

AD is a complete joke for being here, he only blocks, but he’s actually trash on defense

Rudy was on dame like white on rice. Gave him absolutely no room to breathe. Made him claustrophobic in that instance.

    Gobert is so long

  41. Benji Sliter-Hays

    August 10, 2020 at 2:43 pm

It should be Marcus Smart. I’m tired of seeing 7 foot centers staying around the basket and blocking easy shots

  48. David Nuñez

    August 10, 2020 at 6:19 pm

Simmons, Smart, Giannis, Davis and Gobert
Holiday, Thybulle, Kawhi, RobCo and Embiid.

  49. Dude With a Face

    August 10, 2020 at 8:45 pm

To me, it’s Rudy. He doesn’t have the offensive impact of either of the other two, but no one commands the paint on defense as much as Gobert.
