      Actually, you are wrong. This scene baffled me at first as well, but if you slow the video down at a higher resolution, you can clearly see that Gabe Vincent puts out his left leg to the back and his foot touches Durant‘s right leg during the jump, which also explains how KD‘s rotation changed during the jump. According to the laws of physics, this would be impossible, unless the lower parts of his body got blocked by a different force, being Vincent‘s left foot. Now I am not an expert in fouls, but there was definitely contact there, which also created a somewhat dangerous situation.
