I’m hoping seeing this has a humbling effect on Giannis. He has a reputation as a humble guy. But at the same time there is the feeling that Holiday was moved in favor of Lillard to keep Giannis happy and keep him with the team. Superstar player as GM doesn’t work. LeBron has done a horrible job of it in LA despite the weird bubble championship they won.

The Bucks would have been better off in terms of wins and losses and playoff success if they had stayed put and ran it back with Jrue and Grayson Allen.

If anyone pays attention to Jrue Holiday in the playoffs specifically the finals he’s a beast. Look at how he played in the Finals and how he got his ring. He’s going to do it again. He never gets credit for how he performs. This is the guy that took out CP3 and Devin Booker in the Finals. Playoff Jrue is a thing and you don’t want that smoke from him. He’s a future HOF. He’s one of the best defenders in the league and can score when the offense isn’t flowing. People forget he scored 51 points in one game before being traded to Boston. He shoots over 40% from 3. He’s dangerously underrated.

Notice how through all this great basketball he is also clapping at teammates like “let’s go!” The perfect teammate, really. Derrick White, too.

Bill Russell for an aging Ed Macaulay
McHale and Parish for Joe Barry Carrol
Garnett for Al Jefferson and throwaway picks
Tatum and Brown draft picks for aging Garnett and Pierce
Porzingis and Holiday for Smart, Brogdan, Williams and some throwaway picks

idk why the rest of the league continues trading with the Celtics, lol

He and Kyrie are averaging 8 TOs a game between the two of them….mostly from Luka’s 12 in two games. Not only have they been the worst defensive starting backcourt in the league all year, now this….

Whoever said Tatum is overrated and not performing in this Finals don’t know basketball. Basketball is a team game everyone plays a part of it. There is no such thing as the best player in a team.
