Joel Embiid’s scoreless game says more about the Raptors than Embiid – Scottie Pippen | The Jump

Published

on

Jorge Sedano, Amin Elhassan and Scottie Pippen react to Joel Embiid going scoreless vs. the Toronto Raptors and what it means for the Philadelphia 76ers big man. They then (4:09) discuss the Milwaukee Bucks in the wake of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 50-point game vs. the Utah Jazz.

I think the Raptors own quite a bit of real estate in Joel Embiid’s head. 😏

exactly. every american sports broadcaster like stephen a smith round after round kept saying the raptors do not have skills to win. litterally as we keep moving forward, americans somehow find a way to convince people that we would lose. they shut up when we beat milwaukee 4 games in a row, but then went off about how we wont beat golden state. when we won, they complained that golden state players were injured. but they dont realize all the chips that golden state won, all the big teams they faced got injured too. like in 2015 when kyrie fractured his ankle and kevin love injured his shoulder. or harden’s bloodshot eye. or when pat beverly went down because we tore his ligament on his wrist. or in 2017 kawahi and tony parker went down. so grateful for SP. well said, go raps! and dont sleep on toronto. AND DONT USE DRAKE AS AN EXCUSE

Feels good to be a raptors fan these days. The kids who couldn’t get a date to the prom are running this town now.

Great that someone in US sports media is giving credit to the Raptors and acknowledging that Raptors are doing well without some of their keys players.

The Raptors aren’t even in the top 10 power rankings yet they’ve beaten or taken every top team to the brink! Plus they’re defensive rating is #1!
