Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid put on a show in overtime as the 76ers outlast the Rockets, powered by two historic performances. Maxey finished with 36 points, 10 assists, and 4 steals — including 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting in the 4th quarter and OT — recording his fourth career 35-point, 10-assist game and passing Hal Greer for third-most in franchise history.

Embiid dominated with 32 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists, notching his ninth career triple-double and third career 30/15/10 game, moving past Charles Barkley for second-most in Sixers history (trailing only Wilt Chamberlain). It marks the 14th time Maxey and Embiid have each scored 30+ in the same game, one shy of the franchise record. Kelly Oubre Jr. added 26 points as Philadelphia sealed the overtime victory.

    Shout out to Maxey and Sixers winning that game Twice against garbage REFS!!! MAxey showed why he is all star Starter…Refs stole a gamewinner shrugged it off and handle business in OT left no doublt ..Embiid and him balled out whole game and PG was menace on defense hit some crucial shots..
