     Off a pass so thats a steal. You can only block a field goal attempt. Blocks as a statistic is actually short for Blocked Shots so anything outside of a field goal attempt just can’t possibly be a block

   That’s one the most underrated or even used techniques in defense .
   Same way you can easily block a pump fake with your left hand if you miss it with your right hand .
   Thank baller handler never expect recovery after he blows away on the fake .
   I am not a pro baller but at 6’4 at pick up game this shit works
   Just work on it .
   It is just a matter of pivoting and used the other hand .

    This is a similar moved used by defense in soccer. Fake like your going for the steal, and when the other play moves the ball around the other way, you use your other foot, from a cross the back to steal the ball. Never in my life would I see that here. Wow
