If Russell Westbrook gets his midrange going, Rockets could be unstoppable -Tracy McGrady | The Jump

Published

on

In her daily monologue, Rachel Nichols previews LA Clippers vs. Houston Rockets, which will feature the Kawhi Leonard/Paul George duo vs. the James Harden/Russell Westbrook duo — plus Austin Rivers facing Doc Rivers, not long after the son got his dad tossed. Nichols, Zach Lowe and Tracy McGrady then (2:52) discuss the game, and which duo is better.

No tmac. They swallowed their pride of guarding him 1 on 1. The guy got double teamed soon as he crossed halfcourt. 😂😂😂 and still gave them 37.

He needs to adjust his game, find a HOF shooter to train him during the off season , like Kobe and LBJ .

Westbrook don’t need to improve anything to help the Rockets play for championship finals.
He only needs to stop taking those crazy 3-pointers when it matters the most in 4th quarters. Judging by the Clippers vs. Rockets game from Nov 22nd.

Rockets can definitely win more games if they learn to take 10 more midrange and 10 less 3s live by the 3 die by the 3 wont win a ship

“Id be shocked if they doubled harden” bwahahahaha they doubled him all night and he still almost scored 40 on 56% shooting.

    November 23, 2019 at 12:08 pm

    what ended up happening:
    harden shot 9-16 (over 50%)
the clippers doubled him for pretty much the entire game

the redhead is super annoying always trying to finish tmacs sentences, she always seems to interject her opinions, and she gets louder than the other co hosts when he dont agree with them, and she comes off as a know it all

Russ and Harden’s minutes need to be as staggered as possible. Russ needs to be running a spread offense and attacking the rim every time. He will either get a layup/dunk, get fouled, or find a wide open shooter. In fact when both are on the floor Harden should spot up or run a high pick with Harden setting the screen. Harden is a strong dude…

Nah. W6estbrook has too much ego to change his game. If the rockets got a real play maker like rubio or atleasr rosier, theyll be number 2 or 1sr in the west. Or maybe im just drunk.

  23. Mektek19

    November 23, 2019 at 2:01 pm

No Westbrook needs to get his mind right. That man is dumb as a player. The Rockets were down 1 and Russ launched a bone headed three with 8 secs left on the clock.

    Just limit harden’s touches
