Giannis won’t repeat as MVP unless LeBron James plays around 50 games – Tracy McGrady | The Jump

Published

on

Rachel Nichols, Zach Lowe and Tracy McGrady head to “Crunch Time,” discussing Pau Gasol’s latest career move after leaving the Portland Trail Blazers to rehab his foot, Luol Deng getting a tribute night from the Chicago Bulls, and Memphis freshman and possible 2020 No. 1 overall NBA draft pick James Wiseman being suspended 12 games. They then (2:14) discuss Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo’s prospects of winning 2019-20 NBA MVP, and what Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has to do with it. Finally (3:28) they react to Kyle Kuzma’s new goggles.

Lbj game is boring to watch , but when he dunks the media will Act as if they have never seen anyone dunk before or better than him . Lbj is a silence state paddler and the media always covers him .

LeBron as THE MVP?? Come on, Giannis is having a BETTER year, and he doesn’t have a superstar playing with him!! Heck, even Luka Doncic is playing better than LeBron, let’s be honest!!

Giannis 30-14-6 on 60% shooting and top 3 defensive players in league. LeBron 25-8-11 on 49% shooting. Both their teams are at the top of their conferences. Both teams have two all stars. Davis > Middleton obviously but I’d say it’s pretty close. Definitely still have to give Giannis the edge imo. I would even take Doncic over Harden. Dude is 20 years old averaging a 30 point triple double basically and has Mavs a 6th seed right now with a bad roster other than Kristaps. Harden has a bunch of vets and an MVP Westbrook and yes he’s averaging 38-6-7 but he’s shouting 43% and gets half of it on free throws.

MVP race as of right now:
    1. Luka Doncic – dont care what anyone says, this guy is playing like the chosen one right now.
    2. Giannis – IMPROVED on an already MVP caliber season which happened to be his first year in his prime.
    3. Lebron – Lebraawwwwn James.
    4. Harden – even with the inflated garbage time stats I guess he belongs here
And for my sleeper I’ll go with Jimmy Buckets or Ricky Rubio, especially if the latter pushes the Suns to the playoffs.

Can’t wait for the Lebron James January meltdown. Then…the leg injury will come in February because he will press.

tbh Lebron was robbed of a minimum 2 league MVPs for the same reason..”VOTERS GOT BORED”!!

College kids are paid, with tuition meals and room/board, if you pay them cash all you do is teach kids that’s those college students are more important than those that study to be a lawyer, doctor, or engineer.
